Lenovo Launching The LePad June of This Year

One of the Lenovo spokesmen has announced the LePad to be released in June for $399 to $449. This monster will run a 1.2 gigahertz (hopefully multicore) processor, 2GB of RAM, 32 GB of Internal Storage, and it will run Android 2.2. PCworld says “Lenovo is the world’s fourth largest PC maker, and dominates the Chinese market.” This would be great for the Chinese tablet industry but IntoMobile said that Lenovo would not release this until Honeycomb was added, but they already decided to release 2.2.
